dr. Czafrangó János
I came into our family as the third child after two girls, and even today I draw a lot of strength from the young boy hero of folk tales. 🙂
When the time came, I chose the career of an economist because I thought that it would open many opportunities – and I was right …
… however the life-long learning has become a habit of mine. I am currently active in three areas: social business, self-care, and sustainable life.
… however the life-long learning has become a habit of mine. I am currently active in three areas:
Social Business

In the year 2011 – based on my business and leadership experience as an economist in the financial services sector – I switched to organizational development in the field of social benefit.
As a mentor and consultant, I am currently active in the NGO sector. My areas of expertise are: start-up social enterprises, non-governmental partnerships and professional volunteering – the latter was chosen as the thesis of my HR degree in 2016.
Self-care

As a member of the European Financial Planning Association (EFPA), I am teaching financial self-sufficiency with my EU Financial Advisor degree from the Budapest Business School in 2019.
Building on my knowledge of economics, my own career and life experience, plus my life/business/career coaching studies in recent years, I research personal life-course sustainability — far beyond the financial aspects.
Sustainable course of life

For personal life course sustainability issues the “B-side” initiative gives the framework. It was launched in the autumn of 2019. My social-politician/coach-trainer co-founder is 25 years younger than me.
Our goal is to provide inspiration and support to explore the potentials of the second half of one’s life, and to give a hand in preparation for sustainable aging.
